I forgot my password

To trigger a "reset password" email, click the "Forgot your password?" link underneath the login box.

An email with a reset link will normally arrive in just a few minutes, and always within an hour.

If it doesn't, check your spam folder.

If it's not there, message Student Support via the Help bubble and we'll reset your password for you.
