My videos won't play
1 - Close your browser, then restart it and log back into your course.
2 - If that doesn't help, try a private/incognito browser window.
- Chrome: click the 3-dot menu in the upper right corner, then "New Incognito window"
- Safari: File/New Private Window
3 - If that doesn't help, try a different browser, like Chrome, Edge or Firefox.
